Aggies, Bobcats make first AP poll

The first Associated Press boys basketball poll of 2017 is out and a couple of Class C TCC teams are making the grade.

Undefeated Sand Creek comes in at No. 8 while the 8-1 Whiteford Bobcats are 12th in the poll.

The Aggies face Clinton Thursday while the Bobcats travel to Morenci. Next week, on Tuesday, Jan. 24, the Bobcats host Sand Creek for the first meeting of the two teams of the season.

Here’s a look at the AP Class C poll, released today:
